All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered.” Please contact the carrier to file a claim if necessary.
